Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship most of our products to addresses within the United States. However, we do ship a select group of products to Canada.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
For most products, no. This depends on the distributor for the products you order (unless we are shipping them in-house). We ask that customers provide ONLY physical addresses for shipping. If you provide a PO Box address, we may send you an email telling you we can’t ship there and it may take up to two weeks longer to get your products.
Do you offer coupons or discounts to new customers?
We believe offering great prices to customers is a key to any business. You want products that work at prices that work too. However, our relationship is built on delivering better products, better service, and more value to you than anyone else by building a long-term, trusting relationship with you. Therefore, we do not offer upfront coupons to new customers. We periodically send out specials via email. So, sign up for our email list using one of the forms on this site and you will be sent any specials or coupons we send out.

How do I track my order?
For most orders, we provide tracking numbers you can view by logging into your account and viewing your recent orders. For orders without tracking numbers, you may contact us via live chat or email and we will be happy to track down your shipment for you.
I am having trouble logging into my account, what should I do?
First, try resetting your password using the reset password link below the login box. Then, instead of copying and pasting your temporary password from your email, type it into the password box on ZenRemedies.com. If that doesn’t work, contact us via live chat or email and we will be happy to reset it for you.
I would like to return the product(s) I ordered, what should I do?
First, visit our returns page to make sure your order qualifies for a return. Then, follow the instructions on the return page to send your product(s) back to us. Once we receive your returned products, we will promptly process your refund amount and your original method of payment will be credited.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. Your payment is processed using the securest payment processing technology available and is processing using the same payment processor Amazon.com uses. Throughout this entire process and after your transaction is complete, no employee of VitaSouth.com (nobody at all actually) ever has access to your credit card information.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
No. We maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers and agree not to offer any bulk discounts or wholesale pricing to anyone we do business with. You may look up a specific product’s manufacturer online and discuss wholesale and bulk discount opportunities directly with them if you wish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard) as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. Most prepaid cards work just fine on our site. But, if you are having trouble using a prepaid card, please make sure the card is registered with a billing address, otherwise it may not work.
How much does shipping cost?
If you order order $50 worth of products, shipping is FREE. Shipping is also free on a few products no matter what your order total is – it will say next to the pricing information for the product if it is a free shipping product. For orders under $50 containing products that do not have free shipping, we offer a low flat rate of $5.97 anywhere in the United States.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time because a portion of our products are shipped from distributors who, to expedite an order, charge $50+.
