Product returns or credit must be pre-authorized by Zen Remedies and can only be authorized if notified within 30 days from purchase.
Products are non-refundable if they have been opened, damaged, or written upon – unless if they are covered by our 100% Guarantee.
A copy of the invoice must be included with each return. Please email Customer Service at email@example.com.
What can be returned?
Any item ordered within 30 days of the shipment date. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All other of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container for a refund (seal must not be broken).

How to return items.
Repackage your order and ship your return items using whatever method is most convenient so long as they get to us in good condition. We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
Amount refunded for returns.
Order amount of products less opened items exceeding 1 per order and less shipping and handling (if you received free shipping on your order, this amount is $8).
Please include the original packing material and your invoice. If no invoice is available, write your name and phone number on a sheet of paper and include it with your return.
